Dog Bite Claim

Personal Injury Claims > Dog Bite Claim

Dog attacks can be very serious and life threatening. It is for this reason that the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 was introduced to protect the public from attacks. The act has created greater obligations on the owner. For example, it requires greater control for certain breeds of dogs that are considered more dangerous such as keeping them on a lead or muzzled. Despite this legislation recent evidence suggests that dog attacks are on the rise.
