Preparing the Affadavit in Support

Applying for the final Decree Absolute

Respondent Divorce Service £250.00 (plus VAT)

For anyone who has been served with divorce papers after their spouse has initiated divorce. This includes:

Completing the Acknowledgement of Service and filing at court

Informing you of court dates

Advising you on the stages of divorce

Supplying you with the final Decree Absolute, confirming you are divorced

Fixed fee financial agreements £250.00 (plus VAT)
